The full 2-day workshop is recommended for anyone who is responsible for leading, planning and/or implementing talent-succession management initiatives, and for practitioners who will be facilitating Talent Review meetings.The workshop provides information for all of the planning and preparation for Talent Review meetings, how to set up your strategy, creating your project plan, making important decisions as you plan and implement, etc. The workshop also discusses high potential identification criteria, planning and preparing for Talent Review meetings, effectively facilitating Talent Review meetings, and increasing validity, accountability and results.
The workshop includes multiple role play and case study practice exercises, including a 9-Box exercise, a Case Study in Talent Review Planning, a Talent Review Meeting role play exercise, etc.

The Talent Review-Succession Strategy Virtual Course-Webinar
Live Talent Review-Succession Training - No Travel Required! HRCI Pre-Approved for 6 hours
The live webinar course recommended for HR team members who are not directly responsible for leading, planning or implementing talent management-succession initiatives, but who will be working with the talent management lead person or talent management team.
The webinar provides information for the HR team members to work most effectively with the talent management team, and to be able to better explain talent management value and initiatives to business leaders, and to participate in Talent Review meetings. We have good discussions in the webinar (depending on the size of the attendee group) but the webinar does not include any of the practice exercises and role plays that are provided in the live 2-day workshop. Sometimes webinar attendees are responsible for leading the talent management strategy in their organization, and they attend the webinar instead of the workshop to avoid travel expenses.
The next public virtual course is scheduled for June 11-12, 2013. Participants spend 3 hours each consecutive day to complete the webinar, from 10:00 am CST to 1:15 pm CST on each of the two days (this timing includes a 15-minute break). The webinar is priced at $240 per attendee, or $180 per attendee if two or more attend from the same organization.
